Fraudulent activity, the use of bots, operating multiple accounts, and exploiting system vulnerabilities are strictly prohibited. If any such activity is detected, the account may be permanently suspended and the associated balance forfeited.
Users are required to treat other users and staff on the platform with respect. Harassment, intimidation, the use of offensive language, and any form of misconduct are strictly prohibited. 9apps is committed to ensuring the proper and fair use of the platform and reserves the right to take any necessary action to maintain a safe environment for all users.
Nothing published on the platform constitutes professional financial advice. Users make decisions at their own discretion and are solely responsible for all their activities.
All financial transactions on the 9apps platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). For deposits and withdrawals, users must use a payment method registered in their own name. Transactions made through third-party accounts are strictly prohibited; if such a transaction is detected, the account may be suspended immediately.
9apps reserves the right to complete identity verification before processing any withdrawal request. If suspicious transactions or money laundering concerns are detected, the platform is required by law to notify the relevant authorities. 9apps reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances: breach of Terms, fraudulent activity, operating multiple accounts, providing false information, or any legal reason. In the event of account closure, 9apps will determine the process for returning any legitimate balance at its sole discretion.
Users may request account closure at any time. It is strongly advised to complete all pending withdrawals before voluntarily closing an account. 9apps will post a notice on the platform when these Terms are updated and, where applicable, notify users via their registered email address.
Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Both parties will first attempt to reach a resolution through discussion; if necessary, they agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh.
